The Boys & Girls Club of Rutherford County
In every community, boys and girls are left to find their own recreation and companionship when they are not in school. An increasing number of children are at home with no adult supervision. Young people need to know that someone cares about them. The Boys & Girls Clubs of Rutherford county offer that and more. Club programs promote and enhance the development of boys and girls by instilling a sense of competence, usefulness, belonging and influence. Our Boys & Girls Clubs are safe places to learn and grow – all while having fun.
The Boys & Girls Clubs of Rutherford County helps to meet the needs of at-risk children in our community. Since its founding in 1986, the organization has expanded to a Club in Murfreesboro, a Club in Smyrna, a teen center, and an extension site at Campus School. The BGCRC serves 2,500 children every year, ages 6-17.We help our youth develop skills to make healthy life choices, enhance their leadership potential, achieve academic success and most importantly, to believe in themselves.

The Daymar Foundation believes that when all individuals have the opportunity for an education, our society thrives. We work, with our supporters, to tackle some of the issues that students face that keep them from getting and/or completing their higher education degrees. What is the Daymar Foundation? The Daymar Foundation, Inc. (the Foundation) was founded in 2005, to help those individuals most in financial and emotional need, with the common goal of being the vehicle to provide assistance to changing lives and improving the quality of life through increased educational obtainment, today and for generations to come.
The Foundation is a non-profit (501(c)3), public charity organization through which individuals can carry out their charitable giving and organizations with similar goals can seek program and scholarship award funding. By acting as a conduit between the two, the Foundation achieves its mission of Helping Students…Help Themselves so it can Change Lives…One Person At A Time – with your help!
